You have 5 days from delivery date to inform us of any problems. We will issue a trouble report number and inform you on how to handle the problem. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 5 business days of delivery.

RETURNS ON NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
*If the inflatable is unopened you may return it for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. Items must be returned within 5 business days from delivery date.
*If the inflatable is returned open you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
RETURNS FOR HOLIDAY ITEMS:
Holiday items must be returned 10 days prior to the holiday. There are No Returns after that date.
